"Met Michael at the TiE University Final pitch in Atlanta. Ate a small container of chocolate ice cream. As a type II diabetic, I have to watch my blood sugar. It was 143 (from a banana and a peanut butter cracker pack breakfast at the event), when I later ate the ice cream. Blood sugar dropped to 123. Ate the second container as the remaining packs were being passed out. Blood sugar is now 120.
The ice cream tasted great...not at all like the unsatisfying keto, pseudo-products my wife has brought me from the grocery frozen aisles!
Diabetics of the USA - and unfortunately this is a rapidly growing group - take note! This product is delicious and fits easily and safely into your diet. Blood sugar effects are similar to drinking a protein shake drink, but the taste is...great ice cream!"
